We are proud to announce that a new high-quality distinctive feature has been adopted as a production standard for our clamps. We started from the experience we had with a customer who asked us for PZP 125 pliers with anti-corrosion treatment and, as is our tradition, we responded to this need by customizing the product. The result was so significant that we decided to adopt it for the ordinary production of PGP and PZP products, but the anti-corrosion coating can also be applied to other products.

This is CrN technology, a well-known treatment that is usually used in the molding industry.

After careful analysis of the data in our possession, we realized that we had a very high-performance treatment available compared to those usually adopted by high-level competitors.

This anti-corrosion treatment for industrial clamps is rarely requested; it is usually carried out by companies that perform specific treatments for milling cutters, drill bits, and similar products, but we realized that we could offer our customers a competitive advantage that would allow us to stand out in our target markets.

CrN anti-corrosion treatment using PVD technology is a chromium nitride-based coating with remarkable characteristics:

- hardness in HV 0.05 approximately 2000
- friction coefficient less than 0.5
- reduced sticking
- greater resistance to salt spray than most alternative solutions
